The 100ml sterile sampling bottle / quantitative bottle produced by Lifecosm Biotech Limited. is mainly used for the determination of water samples of coliform bacteria by enzyme substrate method. 100ml sterile sampling bottle / quantitative bottle is a product with 51-hole or 97-hole quantitative detection plate,  Lifecosm enzyme substrate reagent and program controlled quantitative sealer. According to the instructions, 100ml water samples were accurately measured with 100ml aseptic sampling bottle / quantitative bottle. The reagents were dissolved in the quantitative detection plate / quantitative hole plate, then seal plate with a program-controlled quantitative sealing machine and culture it about 24h, then count the positive cells. Check the MPN table to calculate.

Sterilization instructions

Each batch of 100ml aseptle samples bottle was sterilized before leaving factory 1 years of validity.

1.Add reagent to 100ml water sample, after dissolving, incubate at 36°C for 24h 2. Interpretation of results: colorless = negative Yellow = positive for total coliforms Yellow + fluorescence = Escherichia coli positive. QUANTlTATlVE DETECTlON3. Use the program-controlled quantitative sealing machine to seal the quantitative detection disc (quantitative well plate) for sealing and incubate at 36°C for 24h Heat-resistant coliform/fecal coliform culture at 44.5°C for 24h is yellow and positive 4. Interpretation of results: colorless = negative Yellow checkered = positive total coliforms Yellow + fluorescent grid = Escherichia coli positive reference MPN table count1. Add the reagents to the water sample and mix well 2. Pour into 51-well quantitative detection plate (quantitative well plate) or 97-well quantitative detection plate (quantitative well plate)
